10 - AAW: Assistance acceptance of the work

The contractor shall assist the client in the reception of the work.

11 - RWE: Record of works executed

The architect collection, for the operation and maintenance of the works, the following documents:

- The overall plans and details in accordance with the execution, that is to say, all the graphic material works "as-built" by the contractor
- The operating instructions and maintenance of structures, established or collected by the contractor and submitted to the architect
- The contract documents and, to the extent that their knowledge is useful to the operation of the works, documents drawn up by the contractor.

Parts RWE is transmitted a copy to the client as and when they are received.
